Ingredients	1 oz lime juice 1 oz lemon juice 1 oz orange juice 1 oz cranberry juice 1 pinch salt 1 scoop lime ice cream 1 pinch lemon zest Pepsi® cola
Method	1. Stir the juices together in a freezable container and freeze until ice. Crush the ice finely with the lemon zest, and mix salt into the crushed ice. 2. Pour the Pepsi into a highball glass, and quickly add the ice cream and cover with the crushed ice to prevent it flowing out. Serve.
